Setting: Diva made up wonderfully today. When she went to shopping in the morning, she was appreciated by people in the street，saying that she was the most beautiful duck in the town.

[In the pet’s home]

Diva: (To Nameless) Hey, you know what? They told me that I was the most beautiful duck in the town! I was totally surprised and I cannot believe that!

*Nameless lifts a sign with a big question mark and exclamation mark on his sign.

Diva: (Nod) See, even you don’t believe that, do you?

*Nameless shakes his head.

~Noise of a key. The door opens~

Diva: Look! Top Hat and Pio are back from the Grandma’s.

~Enter Top Hat and Pio~

        (To Top Hat and Pio) Guys, how’s everything?

Top Hat: (Cordially, to Diva) My dear Diva! Grandma knew your great success and she felt delighted when she earned great sense of achievement from her old friends. Her friends even asked her how to keep their pets as graceful as you, Diva!

Pio: (Smiling, to Diva) Yeeeeeeeesss!

Top Hat: (Excited, to Diva) What’s more, when we were leaving, Grandma told us that we must bring this good news to you ,Diva. She will send you to participate the Pets Pageant held in the town in this summer! Congratulations!

*Nameless draws himself in an unbelievable emotion on his sign.

Diva: (burst into laughter) Come on, guys. You are playing jokes on me AGAIN, aren’t you?

Pio: (confused) No, Diva, we are NOT. I am not practising my acting skills to you now. Just have a look at this form, Grandma signed it.

~ Diva reads the form and then screams. Nameless draws an ear muff on his sign,  takes it off the sign, quickly wears it on to keep himself from the high-pitch sound.~

Diva: (stutters) Sorry, I…...I am so ha...happy now, so…well……ha.

         [Aside] UG2BK! The Pets Pageant held in the town in this summer! Goodness! Everything happen in one day. The Pets Pageant in the town, in the province, in the country…...Finally Diva is the outstander of the Pets Pageant in the WORLD!

        (To Pio and Top Hat) Thank you guys for telling me about that.

        (To Nameless) Do you think I will be the most beautiful duck in the world somehow since I am approved by Grandma and people in the town?

*Nameless thinks for a while, then shakes his head. Then, his left wing holds a sign with shining Diva and Grandma as well as the town where they are living. While his right wing holds a sign with her frame in dot lines and the world map.

*Diva stares at Nameless angrily. It seems that if  Nameless disagrees, she is going to end their friendship.

*Nameless notices her unfriendly gaze. Then he draws himself praying on his sign.

Diva: [Aside] Well, Nameless is reticent about it. But at LEAST I know I can be the most popular pet in the world. -----Thanks, ya all.

[Aside] I am not confident in whether I can be accepted by everyone in the world. Although I am the most beautiful duck in the town now, in other towns there might be ducks who are as beautiful as me, or more beautiful than me. Nothing is in my mind except for other unknown competitors. What I think is more horrible than what I am now.  Am I crazy and much too optimistic about my beauty? Everyone will have their own definition to it.

*Nameless shows a sign in which Diva is a stone statue.

Diva: [Aside] Do I have the chance to be the most beautiful and popular duck in the world? If I can, how can I reach that?

*There is a HUGE clock on Nameless’ sign, in which Diva is tied up on its second hand.

Diva: [Aside] Maybe time will answer this question.

*Nameless shows he is feeling sleepy in his painting.

Diva: (back to reality) What?! Ah, I am so sorry. I fell into my spiritual world and thought through the Pets Pageant. (Look at the clock) My dear friends, it is half past seven. Why don’t we have our supper now?

        (To Nameless) Believe it or not, I have confidence that I can catch everyone’s eye.

*Nameless writes “OK, if you want” on his sign.

Diva: (To Nameless) I think we can go further on this debate.

        (To All) Come! Let’s cook our delicious food together!!!

*Nameless’ sign has a crying face on it.
